Philip Gross is finishing his Columbia Computer Science PhD while working on the systems programming aspects of the Columbia - ConEdison joint project. He has worked as a programmer and consultant in the Netherlands, and was a part-time intern for a number of years at Google. His research interests include large-scale overlay multicast, information display and visualization, and hierarchical sensor aggregation.
